DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We offer Free Domestic shipping with UPS Ground

Options to expedite your order with a calculated rate are offered at checkout
(Estimated delivery time frame and cost appear in the checkout process)

GLOBAL SHIPPING:

We offer DHL Express for all International orders
(Estimated delivery time frame and cost appear in the checkout process) 
Receiver is responsible for all customs taxes and fees that may be applicable to international shipments. 

We cannot guarantee orders will be delivered within the estimated time frame. We do not expedite orders internationally.

Handling

We process orders Monday through Friday; excluding public holidays. Please be aware of national holidays where our offices may be closed.

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST; Monday through Friday) will be processed by our facility the same day and will ship out with chosen carrier the following business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday when our offices are closed will be processed the following business day.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect shipments once they have left our warehouse.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the world there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

Returns Policy

Items may be returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of the date the order is placed. Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with all associated tags and labels attached in order to be eligible for a return. Unique pieces cannot be returned.

You must contact us prior to returning your order in order to receive a Return Authorization, any orders returned without RA will be subject to refusal of the return and/or refund.

If we shipped the wrong product or your items are damaged in transit or for all domestic returns (i.e. from within the contiguous United States), please contact customercare@srstudio.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase to initiate a return and we will send you a return label.

For all other returns (i.e. returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all other territories or countries outside the contiguous United States), customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with any return. Please contact customercare@srstudio.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase to initiate a return.

All returned items must be shipped to the below Returns Address with the Return Authorization Number included provided to you by Us to be processed. All applicable shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the returned items for our office to receive and process your refund request.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider.

Faulty Items

Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.
