We offer free domestic shipping with UPS Ground. You may also select from our expedited shipping rate options at checkout: estimated delivery time and cost vary by location.
We offer $45 USD flat rate shipping with DHL or UPS for all international orders. Estimated delivery time frame and cost are calculated during checkout, although we ask customers to be aware that we cannot always guarantee that orders will be delivered within estimates. We do not offer expedited orders internationally.

The receiver is responsible for all customs taxes and fees that may apply to international shipments.
Order Processing & Handling
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders Monday through Thursday; excluding public holidays. Please be aware of national holidays during which our offices may be closed.
All orders placed before 4:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday will be processed by our facility the same day and will ship out with the chosen carrier the following business day.
WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER DURING THE WEEKEND?
Our offices are closed Friday through Sunday. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following business day.
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have left our warehouse.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the world there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

Items may be returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of the date the order is placed. Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with all associated tags and labels attached in order to be eligible for a return. Unique pieces cannot be returned.
Prior to returning your order, we ask that you reach out to our customer care team to receive a Return Authorization. Any orders returned without an authorization will be subject to refusal of the return and/or refund.
If you receive a product you did not order, or if your items are damaged in transit, please initiate a domestic return by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We will send you a return label.
For all other returns (including those from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all other territories or countries outside the contiguous United States), the customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with a return. Please contact email@example.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase to initiate a return.
All returned items must be shipped to the below Returns Address with the Return Authorization Number provided to you in order to be processed. All applicable shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the returned items for our office to receive and process your refund request.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the currency used for purchase.. Due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds may be delayed by the provider or financial institution.

HOW MAY I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, we’ll offer a full refund.
